A concert soprano and actor by trade, I am working in New York and New England and building my career as a performer. I am committed to continuing to teach throughout my performing career. Currently a member of the Apprentice Acting Company at The Barrow Group, an award-winning off-Broadway theatre, we are in rehearsal for our upcoming evening of short plays. I am also preparing two concert recitals set to debut later this year. My work is wide-ranging. Highlights of recent work include concert performances of the soprano solos in Carmina Burana, the soprano solos in Saint John's Passion (J.S. Bach), a multi-media chamber piece about the life of Amy Beach, work as a featured vocalist/fashion model in Mother Earth, Sister Moon, at MOMA's 2009 Performa Biennial, an original song featured in a major modern dance company’s touring repertoire, and featured acting roles in two Sundance Film Festival official selection feature films. A graduate of the prestigious Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, I have been a finalist in the West Palm Beach Opera Competition Junior Division, and a prize winner in the National Society of Arts and Letters’ Bloomington Chapter competition in both Acting and Music (voice).
