Full-time SmartSitters

We work with a select number of SmartSitters seeking full-time nanny positions (both live-in and live-out).

These babysitters have years of childcare and/or teaching experience, and are looking to provide top-notch care and educational guidance to the children they work with. We recommend beginning a search for full-time childcare at least 2-3 weeks in advance, although we do accept expedited requests. Many families looking to work with full-time SmartSitters choose to run Personalized SmartSearches.

Salaries for full-time SmartSitters range from $30,000-$80,000/year.
