We interview qualified candidates in two stages: a detailed phone interview followed by a one on one interview with a SmartSitting Director. Upon an impressive interview, candidate applications are submitted to your family which include the following:

• The candidate's written application
• The candidate's SmartSitting resume (which includes a picture, bio, related work experience, contact information and additional references)
• Two or more reference reports
• A personal evaluation from a SmartSitting Director
• A completed LexisNexis background check

SmartSearch Fee and Refund Policy:

To protect the value of our time and hard work, a $500 search fee must be paid upfront for all SmartSearches. This fee will be refunded if we are not able to recommend three suitable candidates within 40 days. Once a candidate has been hired, standard SmartSitting Network Fees apply.
